Section 9 on NC Mountains to the Sea Trail. hiking east with my youngest son Jacob.
Jan 16, 2016 (12 Miles) - Started at Bryan Park in Greensboro and ended at NC 61. Late start had us hiking until 8PM. Highway very busy for first 6 miles.
Jan 30, 2016 (15 Miles) NC 61 - Sandy Cross Rd. Road walking, then hiking around the golf course, beside Haw River. Night hike for 3 hours.
February 5-7, 2016 - (29.3 miles) Three day backpacking trip - Sandy Cross Rd to Eno River Park
